COVID-19 UPDATE

To all of our fantastic supporters,

We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe.  

As the COVID-19 virus continues to impact all of our lives, we must make responsible changes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of you, our supporters and all of our colleagues.

As of today, we have decided to close our Club Shop to the public until further notice. This will be reviewed in line with the Government guidelines in place. This also includes suspending our 'Click & Collect' facility. 

UPDATE (25/04/20) 

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

We are reviewing on a daily basis how we operate and dispatch our online orders safely to you. 

Orders are contining to be processed, but this is taking a lot longer than usual as we are opperating on minimal staff to ensure social distancing. 

At present, our 48 delivery service is suspended, but we will dispatch your order as soon as it is possible. We do strongly advise that if you are purchasing for a birthday present, that we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe, and to consider this before you purchased. 

As we are operating with a much smaller team and receiving a high volume of orders, we ask supporters to allow up to 10 working days for delivery. This is based on the current volume of orders we are recieving, and will keep this under review. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunatly we have been informed by Royal Mail that there are significant delays with International deliveries at the time of writing, due to a backlog wthin their own delivery network, which has been caused by a reduction of International Air Mail routes.

They have requested that we do not dispatch International Orders at this current time. We will ensure that these are dispatched as soon as it is possible to do so 

RETURNS

We ask anyone who needs to return an item to hold onto this until we re-open the store. We are extending our returns policy from 30 days to 90 days from purchase. This policy will be reviewed in line with government advice. Please do not send any returns back to us whilst the store is closed, as we will not be able to process this for you. 

REFUNDS

If you wish to cancel your order for a refund, please contact the Club Store by e-mail by CLICKING HERE - please note that it may take longer than normal to refund your order due to the reduced hours are staff are in the store.
